Yarn along

Joining Small Things weekly yarn along. I`m reading a book by norwegian authors called "Latin for beginners". I`m not into learning latin, but the book  describes how latin words have affected the norwegian language. In a funny way, I can read what the words really mean and their origin.
I`m crocheting a shawl, using the lovely multi-coloured yarn I bought on sale last week :) Looks great!

  3. The books sounds very interesting. I always loved Latin, I should never have given it up - it's amazing how quickly one forgets things when out of practice.
    The yarn looks stunning, gorgeous colours!

  4. the yarn and pattern are great! i think my kids should learn latin for school, seems as if it has such a huge influence!
